When you’re a baby the last thing that your had learned after crawling is walking. Leg is a very important part of the body, because of legs we are able to walk, run, jump, and some similar activities, either including or excluding the foot. Leg is referring to the lower extremity or limb.

Some people born without legs and other took it from accident. They didn’t want it to happen to lose their legs. But some people who have a complete and beautiful legs abuse it. They overused and overtired of it. Other people didn’t know what kind of effect will happen if their abuse their legs too much. Some effect of overusing the legs is Torn Calf Muscle and Pulled Groin. Torn Calf Muscle occurs when part of the muscle of the lower leg is torn away from the Achilles tendon. Torn Calf Muscle is very common on a sport that inserts acceleration like basketball, tennis, rugby. Pulled Groin is an injury to the muscle of the inner thigh. It is also very common for the sports of swimming, soccer and football players.
