Served quickly

After hearing good news from a few of my friends that a new Chinese Restaurant was opened recently on the website of foodiebytes.com, we decided to give this place a try. Unlike most Chinese takeaways in Cardiff, this restaurant serves authentic Chinese cuisine mainly from northern China and Sichuan province. The interior of the restaurant was nice and pleasant. Food was served quickly than we expected. In fact, all main courses arrived for our pearl milk tea. Our first main course was the hot and spicy duck tongue, which was set at 8 lbs. This dish is quite popular in China. Cooked with lots of red peppers and Szechuan peppercorns, duck tongue was relatively tough. The meat was soft and smooth, and it was cooked long enough to absorb the spicy broth. If you are feeling adventurous or feel like trying something new, give this dish a try!
